Privacy Policy
Withdrawal of your consent to data processing
Some data processing operations are only permitted with your express consent. You may revoke consent you have already given at any time. An informal message by email is sufficient for the revocation. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
In the event of a violation of data protection law, you as the data subject have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for data protection matters is the state data protection commissioner of the German federal state in which our company is based. The following link provides a list of data protection commissioners and their contact details: https://www.bfdi.bund.de/DE/Infothek/Anschriften_Links/anschriften_links-node.html.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract, for yourself or for third parties. The data is provided in a machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this is done only where technically feasible.
Right to information, rectification, blocking, erasure
At any time and within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin, its recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, where applicable, a right to rectification, blocking or erasure of this data. In this regard and for any further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time via the contact options listed in the imprint.
SSL or TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content that you send to us as the site operator, our website uses SSL or TLS encryption. This means that data you transmit via this website cannot be read by third parties. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” address line of your browser and by the lock symbol in the browser bar.
Server log files
The provider of the website automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: pages visited on our domain, date and time of the server request, browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. The basis for the data processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
Contact form
Data submitted via the contact form, including your contact details, is stored so that we can process your request or be available for follow-up questions. This data is not passed on without your consent. The processing of the data entered in the contact form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR). You may revoke consent you have already given at any time. An informal message by email is sufficient for the revocation. The lawfulness of the data processing operations carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. Data submitted via the contact form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage, or there is no longer any need to store the data. Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
SendGrid
This website uses SendGrid for sending newsletters. The provider is SendGrid, Inc., Denver, CO, USA. SendGrid is a service with which, among other things, the sending of newsletters can be organised and analysed. The data you enter for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter is stored on SendGrid’s servers in the USA. SendGrid is certified under the Privacy Shield. If you do not want SendGrid to analyse your data, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. We provide a corresponding link for this in every newsletter message. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter directly on the website.
Data analysis by SendGrid
With the help of SendGrid we are able to analyse our newsletter campaigns. For example, we can see whether a newsletter message was opened and which links, if any, were clicked. Among other things, this allows us to determine which links were clicked particularly often. We can also detect whether certain previously defined actions were carried out after opening/clicking (conversion rate). For example, we can see whether you made a purchase after clicking on the newsletter. SendGrid also enables us to subdivide (“cluster”) newsletter recipients according to various categories, e.g. by age, gender or place of residence. In this way, the newsletters can be better tailored to the respective target groups. For detailed information on the functions of SendGrid, please refer to the following link: https://sendgrid.com/
Legal basis
Data processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR). You may revoke this consent at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.
Storage duration
The data you have stored with us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter is stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and, after the newsletter has been unsubscribed, is deleted both from our servers and from SendGrid’s servers. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the member area) is not affected. For details, please refer to SendGrid’s privacy policy at: https://sendgrid.com/resource/general-data-protection-regulation/
Conclusion of a contract on commissioned data processing
We have concluded a contract with SendGrid in which we oblige SendGrid to protect our customers’ data and not to pass it on to third parties.

Cookies
Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that your web browser stores on your device. Cookies help us to make our offering more user-friendly, effective and secure. Some cookies are “session cookies.” Such cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your browser session. Other cookies, however, remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself. Such cookies help us to recognise you when you return to our website. With a modern web browser, you can monitor, restrict or prevent the setting of cookies. Many web browsers can be configured so that cookies are deleted automatically when the program is closed. Disabling cookies may result in restricted functionality of our website. The setting of cookies that are necessary for electronic communication processes or for the provision of certain functions you have requested (e.g. shopping cart) is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. As the operator of this website, we have a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and smooth provision of our services. If other cookies are set (e.g. for analysis functions), these are treated separately in this privacy policy.
Matomo (formerly Piwik)
Our website uses the web analysis service Matomo. Matomo is an open-source solution. Matomo uses "cookies." These are small text files that your web browser stores on your device and which enable an analysis of website usage. Information generated by cookies about the use of our website is stored on our server. Your IP address is anonymised before storage. Matomo cookies remain on your device until you delete them. Matomo cookies are set on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. As the operator of this website, we have a legitimate interest in the anonymised analysis of user behaviour in order to optimise both our web offering and, where applicable, advertising. The information stored in the Matomo cookie about the use of this website is not passed on. The setting of cookies by your web browser can be prevented. However, some functions of our website may then be restricted. You can deactivate the storage and use of your data here. Your browser sets an opt-out cookie, which prevents the storage of Matomo usage data. If you delete your cookies, the Matomo opt-out cookie is removed as well. When you visit our website again, the opt-out cookie must be set again to prevent the storage and use of your data.
Matomo – server-side collection of API calls (MCP)
Via the machine interface of our website (MCP server, /mcp), programs — such as AI applications — can automatically retrieve our publicly available insider trading data. Since such calls do not originate from a web browser, they are not captured by the client-side analysis script described above, but are transmitted server-side as pure event data (Matomo “events”) to our self-hosted Matomo service. Only the time of the call, the name of the tool called and the designation of the calling client software (if it provides it during the protocol handshake; otherwise the software identifier of the call) are recorded. For attribution, a hash of the IP address and software identifier is kept in the server cache for at most one hour; the IP address itself is not stored by us. The IP address of the call is transmitted to Matomo and stored there anonymised (truncated); no cookies are set during this server-side collection, and users remain anonymous across multiple calls. No disclosure to third parties takes place. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of the use of this part of the offering for its further development. The browser opt-out embedded above does not apply to these calls; automated clients can switch off the collection by adding the parameter notrack=e2e-notrack to the request.
